I'm so excited to welcome you into the world of Reformer Pilates! As I work toward earning my 500-hour Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Certification, I'm offering 50-minute Reformer Pilates sessions as part of my teacher training. These classes allow me to continue developing my skills while helping you build strength, improve mobility, and experience the many benefits of Pilates in a supportive, small-group or 1:1 setting.

Sessions are offered throughout July, with availability on most Mondays and Thursdays. If you don’t see a time that works for you, please feel free to text me with a time request, and I will be happy to try to accommodate.

Each class is limited to three participants, allowing for plenty of individualized attention. You're welcome to sign up on your own and meet other participants, or invite two friends and enjoy the session together!

All you need to bring is yourself, water, comfortable workout clothing, and Pilates grip socks (required for safety). If you don't already have grip socks, they can be purchased from me before class, found online, or sometimes, TJ Maxx has them in the fitness area!

Pilates is for all bodies and levels!
