No. Health coaching is a supportive, educational, and motivational partnership—not medical treatment or therapy. I focus on habits, lifestyle, mindset, and holistic wellness. For medical conditions or diagnoses, I always encourage collaboration with your healthcare team.
Do you work with women who are using GLP-1 medications?
Yes. I coach many women who are currently using GLP-1 medications as part of their wellness journey. I also partner with several trusted providers who can evaluate you for compounded options, if appropriate.
As always, please consult with your doctor before starting, stopping, or adjusting any medication.
Can we work together if I don’t live in Montana?
Absolutely! I coach clients virtually from anywhere, and for those local to Helena, MT, I also offer select in-person sessions. Wherever you are, we can work together seamlessly.
