Thank you for being here. I’m Kelsey Bailey, a Certified Integrative Health Coach with a deep passion for helping women rediscover their wellness in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and truly aligned with their lives.
My passion was born from years of my own health struggles. Healing is not linear, and after years of fad diets, yo-yo cycles, chronic stress, and burnout, my body finally told me it had had enough. The generic advice I received only pushed me farther from health and deeper into confusion. With several complex hormonal diagnoses—including PCOS and Endometriosis—a later-in-life ADHD diagnosis, my world felt upside down for a long period of time.

Since 2019, I’ve had the privilege of sharing my knowledge as an Integrative Health Coach. I am certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is licensed by the New York State Education Department, and whose Health Coach Training Program is recognized by the National College Credit Recommendation Service. My work has taken many forms—from corporate wellness coaching, to private one-on-one support, to building a women’s outdoor and wellness community.
Today, I specialize in supporting women who are experiencing chronic stress, burnout, and hormone-related challenges, including those navigating PCOS, Endometriosis, Perimenopause, and the mental load that so often accompanies them. I also support women who are using GLP-1 medications, helping them nourish their bodies, protect their metabolism, regulate stress, and build sustainable wellness habits alongside their medical support—without shame, restriction, or fear.
What makes my work different is that I don’t offer a standard fitness plan or calorie-tracking approach. Instead, I come alongside you. I support the whole woman—your hormones, nervous system, lifestyle, mindset, and real life. Together, we create a practical, personalized path that works with your body and brain, not against them, and supports you far beyond quick fixes.
I continue to navigate my own health while walking beside women who are on a similar road. I work with women of all backgrounds who are ready to elevate their wellbeing, reconnect with themselves, and create a healthier, more empowered life—one that actually feels livable.

My Approach
My coaching is based on three philosophies:
1. Bio-Individuality
There is no one-size-fits-all path to wellness. Your body, your lifestyle, and your goals are uniquely yours—and your plan should reflect that. Together, we’ll take a thoughtful look at where you are now and where you want to go, then create a personalized wellness “road map” designed just for you. This plan not only leads to lasting results—it allows you to feel good along the way.
2. Lifestyle Matters
Chronic stress impacts nearly every area of our health, and many people seek support because stress has simply taken over. In our work together, we won’t just focus on food—we’ll focus on the deeper layers of wellbeing. Using mindfulness practices, meditation, EFT, and practical stress-reducing tools, we’ll uncover what’s weighing you down and build sustainable habits that bring you back into balance.
3. Food Is Fuel
Your food is your energy source—your fuel. What, how, and even why you eat plays a powerful role in your mood, sleep, digestion, skin, energy, hormones, and overall well-being. Together, we’ll explore your relationship with food and create a nutrition approach that nourishes your body without deprivation. And yes… that includes the chocolate cupcake. We’ll unpack the myths diet culture has sold us and rewrite the story in a way that supports freedom, balance, and joy.
