*Please arrive at least 5 minutes early; we will head to the back of the property for class right at the designated time. If you happen to be late, please text Kelsey when you arrive, and she will get you assistance to the class location.

Outdoor Class Notice
This class is held outdoors. Some classes may require a short walk to the back of the property, where the class will be held- please be prepared for this short walk. Participants are encouraged to bring any items they may need to remain comfortable throughout the session, including water, sunscreen, insect repellent, a hat, sunglasses, or weather-appropriate clothing. Conditions such as sun, wind, temperature changes, insects, and uneven ground may be present. Please come prepared for the outdoor environment and take any personal precautions necessary for your comfort and well-being.
